Work Schedule Requirements

Field Officers work 12 of the 36.5 hours per week between 4pm and 9pm (Monday to Friday) or at any time over the weekend. This flexible shift pattern lets you choose what suits your lifestyle, while supporting customers when they need us most.

Home-Based

You’ll start and end each day from home, visiting properties around your local area.

Core Responsibilities

Visit addresses with no TV licence, explain options, manage payment plans, record details, and occasionally attend court. You’ll be supported by a network of colleagues and given all equipment required.
