This flexible shift pattern lets you choose what suits your lifestyle, while supporting customers when they need us most.**Home-Based:** You’ll start and end each day from home, visiting properties around Nottingham (ideally living in NG postcode).**Core Responsibilities:** Visit addresses with no TV licence, explain options, manage payment plans, record details, and occasionally attend court. You’ll be supported by a network of colleagues and given all equipment required.If you’re a strong communicator, mobile, hold a full UK driving licence, and want to make a difference to local communities—this role offers security, growth and a supportive environment.
