What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for all stores‑related queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Receive, issue, and record stock for training courses, ensuring accurate documentation and audits.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain sufficient stock for upcoming terms, and request replacements as needed.
- Control the issue of tools and consumables to authorised personnel and maintain record books to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures while maintaining cleanliness of stores and surrounding areas.
- Support additional tasks such as stocktaking, VIP visit preparation, and assisting with lifting, waste disposal, and general housekeeping.
