Full‑time role, 37.5 hours a week at HMS Sultan. Eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all stores‑related queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Receive, issue, and record stock for training courses, ensuring accurate documentation and audits.
  • Monitor inventory levels, maintain sufficient stock for upcoming terms, and request replacements as needed.
  • Control the issue of tools and consumables to authorised personnel and maintain record books to a high standard.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures while maintaining cleanliness of stores and surrounding areas.
  • Support additional tasks such as stocktaking, VIP visit preparation, and assisting with lifting, waste disposal, and general housekeeping.

  • Forklift Truck Licence and/or experience.
