Are you an experienced education professional with a passion for inclusion, school improvement and supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential? What you'll be doing
As a trusted specialist adviser, you'll work closely with schools, academies, educational leaders and local authority partners to support the development of inclusive practices and high-quality provision for children and young people with additional needs.

A key part of the role will involve undertaking assessments, evaluating existing provision and helping educational settings develop effective and sustainable approaches to inclusion. You'll also support workforce development through training, coaching and professional advice, ensuring school staff have the knowledge and confidence to meet the needs of all learners.
Working collaboratively with schools, local authorities and external agencies, you'll champion best practice, support compliance with statutory requirements and help create learning environments where every child can thrive.
