We are recruiting a Solution Consultant - Social Value to support our Win Centre capability, which handles major deals and aims for growth beyond 2025 supporting the public sector. This home-based role involves creating and costing Social Value solutions for bids, with occasional travel for meetings. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Social Value solution workstream for bids, producing innovative and compelling artefacts.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform stakeholder discussions and tailor solutions.
- Define, scope, and articulate Social Value solution work packages.
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and opportunities (RADIO).
- Coordinate with Bid Manager and Sales Lead to ensure solutions are properly costed and approved.
- Communicate solutions effectively to senior stakeholders and in bid submissions, aligning with win themes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a pre-sales environment.
- Understanding of public sector markets, challenges, and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of the UK Government Social Value Model and related policies.
- Experience across all stages of solution lifecycle from problem analysis to service delivery.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
