The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Protecting our military operations nationwide. You’ll contribute to the protection of people, assets and maintaining the military output as well as making communities we operate in safer. You’ll have direct management of the Fire Station and Fire Safety personnel, as well as monitoring, managing and reporting on operational service and personnel performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and supervise the delivery of the CFR Operations Response (Prevent and Protect) service delivery plan.
  • Manage Fire Safety/Response resources and assets.
  • Delivery of operational outputs to meet CFR Operational Standards.
  • Undertake Quality Assurance and compliance checks.
  • Monitor, manage and report on operational service and personnel performance.
  • Delivery, identification and development of continuous improvement.
  • Direct management of nominated Fire Station/Fire Safety personnel and outputs.
  • Managing the delivery of activities to ensure the working environment is healthy, safe and productive.
  • Identifying, justifying and controlling the allocation, most efficient and effective use of resources to support fire station and fire safety based activities.
  • Ensuring service delivery activities meet the service requirements standard and effectively achieve the objectives.
  • Debriefing operational incidents and training activities, providing feedback to support service improvement, performance and compliance.
  • Obtaining, analysing and sharing with Station Manager, information and client feedback to make effective decisions and support continuous improvement.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities.
