Responsibilities:

  • Process all customer ISA requests received via the Customer Contact Centre, email and post, ensuring same‑day processing.
  • Prioritise workload within guidelines to meet SLA deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Perform quality checks on work day to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide flexible support to other Collectives teams, including Payment and Collections.
  • Ensure services for customers (internal and external) comply with regulatory and legal frameworks.
  • Follow data protection guidelines and client authentication procedures.
