Capita seeks a Senior ERP Payroll Implementation Lead to drive the Payroll Parallel Run across the Synergy Programme. You will act as the senior payroll transition authority, ensuring Oracle Fusion Payroll is operationally ready for a safe service transfer and will lead governance, readiness, reconciliation and assurance activities.
You will collaborate with System Integrator, Authority stakeholders and Capita teams, challenging delivery partners and protecting Capita's interests throughout the process.
