Overview
We are looking for highly organised and detail-focused Post Room Scanning Indexing Assistants to join our team.
We are seeking two candidates: one full-time (37.5 hours per week) and one part-time (18 hours per week).
The role involves accurate processing, storage and management of client records and documentation, supporting the delivery of high-quality services to customers.
You will digitise records, maintain document integrity, manage retrieval and storage activities, and provide administrative support to ensure service levels are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
- Transfer, scan and index documents and images into electronic formats.
- Retrieve, deliver, file and store records in line with operational procedures and daily schedules.
- Dispatch, destroy and audit client documentation in accordance with established processes and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is stored securely and efficiently.
- Carry out administrative and clerical duties to support day-to-day operations.
- Deliver timely and effective support to customers, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy within document management processes.
