It’s only by working closely together that we’re able to get the best candidates into the Army to strengthen our nation’s security and defence.

Our team is made up of both Capita and military colleagues in a wide variety of roles - including recruiters, assessors-interviewers, administrators, doctors and other medical staff, supporting function roles and more. Our teams are based across the UK in a variety of offices and locations, with a mixture of office and hybrid roles.
