Join our Command Centre at Hillview House, Belfast, as an IT Workshop Engineer and be at the heart of our device build and repair operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fault-finding, device imaging and working with customers. You will take ownership of workshop tasks and customer imaging projects, collaborating with wider operational teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and re-image customer IT equipment in line with service requirements.
- Work closely with support teams, including Logistics, Resource Scheduling and Field Teams, to ensure SLAs are met.
- Provide technical support for small and large projects when required.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a similar hands-on IT repair role.
- Strong logical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and implement appropriate remedial actions.
- Able to work independently using own initiative, with minimal supervision.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
