About the Position

Position: Lead Recruiter – Brighton

Type: Full‑time permanent, 37.5 hours per week, office based.

Location: Brighton, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting candidates through a tailored recruitment journey, including interviews and career guidance.
  • Organising and representing at attraction events to promote Army careers to schools and communities.
  • Leading and motivating a small team of recruiters to meet performance targets.
  • Analysing recruitment data and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Staying informed on market trends and using social media to attract and engage candidates.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience.
