Assessing requirements for interdependency and prioritisation against business drivers.
  • Requirement to Solution Traceability: Ensure the traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all requirements are addressed and changes are managed across the business analysis effort.
  • Value Stream & Process Analysis: Coordinate the analysis of business processes, customer journeys, and operational needs that provide supporting business rules and information interactions for requirements.
  • Information & Data Analysis: Performing and overseeing the gathering, review, and analysis of business and industry data to support the development of business requirements.
  • Solution Development: Convert gathered and analysed information into detailed specifications that drive the development of business and technology solutions.
  • Collaboration & Liaison: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions address the original business problems effectively, with close coordination of the analysis team they may be responsible for.
  • Supporting Transition to BAU: Working with technology and business units to help facilitate delivery through final testing, implementation, and warranty periods.

What we’re looking for:

  • Able to explain the end-to-end delivery journey to stakeholders and the value of each stage and its outputs to gain buy-in and engagement.
  • Understands and has the ability to undertake the activities involved in the full programme or project lifecycle.
  • Understands and has the ability to develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, investment appraisals, cash flows, net present value, impact and risk analyses, and benefits realisation.
