We are seeking a Market Engagement Manager to drive end-user and channel growth. This role will be responsible for engaging with marketing leads and performing outbound outreach to end users resulting in new meetings with sales. This position will report to the Snr Head of Sales and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive qualified meetings to help our sales team secure new customers through cold calling, emailing and following up on marketing generated.
  • Leverage various channels (phone, email, and LinkedIn) to schedule qualified meetings.
  • Engage with Operations, Marketing, and IT stakeholders to build interest in the company and our Products and Solutions.
  • Record all prospect interactions in Salesforce and report on progress to BDD's and Sales Leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in regular training to upskill in sales and industry knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 2 years of sales/cold calling experience.
  • Experience working within the CX Industry either in a BPO or Technology company.
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in a professional manner.
  • History of achievement and strong work ethic.
  • Superb writing, communication, and listening skills.
  • Desire to learn, grow and move up the ranks.
  • Amenable to work onsite.
