Job DescriptionWhat you\âll be doing
Manage and coordinate ER Hub delivery against agreed SLA
Ensure cases and queries are handled promptly, consistently and commercially
Oversee service quality including call listening, SLAs, feedback and system usage
Lead on effective use of the case management tool and audit processes
Use ER and MI data to identify trends and recommend actions
Influence stakeholders and shape HR policies, processes and governance
Support the implementation of the ER operating model
Lead ER Hub initiatives and improvement projects
Manage escalated ER issues including Speak Ups and ET cases
Enhance customer experience through consistent, simplified ER processes
Contribute to developing manager capability across the business
Essential Skills & Experience
CIPDâqualified with strong, solid, senior, demonstrable ER experience
Previous line management experience
Experience of autonomously and pragmatically managing complex cases up to and including tribunals.
Experience of working with Trade Unions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive action
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Resilient and calm under pressure
Confident decisionâmaker with the ability to provide objective challenge
Experience reporting and interpreting ER MI and governance data
Project management experience
