If you have over 1-2 years\’ experience and are looking to propel your career as a Building Surveyor, this could be the perfect position for you. You\’ll support our continuing growth in London and the South East of England, with opportunities to work on a wide range of projects, including Technical Due Diligence and Forensic Surveying commissions, across different sectors.Our team works in a hybrid style, this being a mix of site working, home working and office working. We would particularly welcome applications from people who are female and/or are from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds.What you\’ll be doing Assist with developing detailed briefs in conjunction with the client and senior colleaguesCarry out design and specification work and assist with preparing tender informationAssist with administering building contractsUndertake all aspects of professional surveying work (including Condition Surveys, Specific Defect Analysis, PW work, dilapidations, Access Audits & FRA\’s)Liaise with Clients, Contractors & other consultants (internal and external)There are countless opportunities to learn new skills and develop in your career, and we\’ll provide the support you need to do just that.
