We are seeking a qualified UK lawyer to join Capita as a Legal Counsel. The role is fully remote and involves supporting legal directors and senior legal counsel on projects and transactions, particularly in supplier-based activities and technology contracts.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, amendments, legal correspondence, and advice notes.
- Attending and presenting at meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Managing personal professional development and contributing to legal training.
- Assisting with internal reporting and ad-hoc projects.
- Qualified UK lawyer with experience in supplier activities and technology contracts.
- In-house experience preferred.
- Strong legal, commercial, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
