What We're Looking for:
- Essential Experience
- 5–8 years’ leadership experience in Learning & Development, shared services, or service design.
- Ability to design scalable learning operating models across people, process, tech, and data.
- Stakeholder management and cross functional negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of GDS, accessibility, and learner experience best practice.
- Experience designing within Oracle Fusion Learn / Oracle Learning Cloud (or other enterprise LMS such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Workday Learning).
- Background in Learning Experience (LX) and digital learning ecosystems, including adaptive learning, intelligent pathways, AI powered content curation, and learning analytics.
- Experience in designing shared services or centralised L&D operating models within complex organisations.
- Professional learning or instructional design qualifications, such as CIPD L&D, TAP, ATD, or equivalent.
- Experience participating in (or chairing) design authorities or governance forums.
- Familiarity with behavioural science or learning science principles (e.g., spaced practice, microlearning, capability frameworks).
- Experience working with AI-driven learning technologies, chatbots, skills ontologies, or LXP platforms (Degreed, EdCast, etc.).
- Experience developing user centred L&D processes.
