It includes providing advice and guidance to both personnel and their dependants on accessing learning and development (L&D) opportunities, including career and lifelong learning pathways. The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN.
