We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join Selborne and support the delivery of projects and programmes through strong planning, governance and reporting. This role suits someone who can work independently, takes ownership, and wants to build their PMO experience.
This is a home‑based role, with occasional travel to our Portsmouth site. This is a fixed term opportunity, currently running until 31st March 2027 with the potential to extend.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate governance activities, including stage gates, reviews and reporting packs.
- Build and maintain plans and schedules, managing assumptions, dependencies and constraints.
- Manage RAID and action logs, escalating risks and issues at the right time.
- Apply change control processes across the project and programme lifecycle.
- Support resource planning by tracking demand and highlighting gaps and pinch points.
- Analyse data and produce clear dashboards and insight for stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrate solid PMO skills across planning, governance, reporting, and change control.
- Work independently, taking ownership of tasks and following through on actions.
- Communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders and build good working relationships.
- Analyse information and present it in a simple, accurate way using Excel and reporting tools.
- Use delivery tools such as MS Project and/or Jira and Confluence to track and report progress.
- Prioritise workload across multiple pieces of work and manage deadlines calmly.
Security clearance: you’ll need to either already hold, or be able to obtain, Security Clearance (SC) (including having lived in the UK for at least 5 years).
