We are looking for a Growth Operations Analyst to join the Growth team. This role is focused on delivering end-to-end analytics that support business performance and decision-making. Working across the full data lifecycle, you will help develop insight-led solutions, support the transition to modern data platforms, and contribute to improving how data is used to drive business impact.

This is a home-based role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, build and evolve reporting and analytical products using Power BI and emerging data platforms.
  • Translate business questions into analytical solutions that provide actionable insight and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain data models and datasets across Salesforce, cloud data platforms and reporting environments.
  • Support the transition from Power BI-led reporting to modern data platforms, including Databricks.
  • Assist with the development, testing and optimisation of data pipelines and datasets to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Create executive-ready dashboards, visualisations and reporting outputs that support decision-making and business performance.

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • Experience in data, reporting, analytics or similar technical work, with the ability to deliver insight-led analysis.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data ingestion and modelling through to analytics and visualisation.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools to build dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly, with a willingness to develop skills in Databricks and modern data platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and tenacity when working through complex technical and data challenges.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex analysis into clear insights.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Databricks, cloud data platforms or modern data tooling such as Azure, Snowflake, Python or Spark.
  • Experience working with Salesforce data or reporting, and an interest in AI-enabled tools, natural language technologies or advanced analytics.
