Capita TV Licensing is seeking a Field Officer to support TV Licensing across the Glasgow/Lanarkshire region. You will visit customers at their homes, discuss licence requirements, explain options, and help them progress with full training and the freedom of working independently.
Your role involves managing your own schedule, recording outcomes on mobile devices, and occasionally attending court as part of enforcement. A company car or car allowance is provided.
