Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”. You will be responsible for instructing Royal Navy students in Trade Safety Principles, Procedures, and Practices, specifically delivering Trade Safety training during Phase 3 career courses across the four cadres of the Weapons Engineering (WE) department. Additionally, they provide general Health & Safety training and guidance to students undertaking Target Employment modules. This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

Experience in collections and/or a call centre within financial services environment is essential to be considered.
