Full-time role – 37.5 hours a week. HMS Collingwood - Portsmouth. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

Your role will be to deliver Naval Engineering Maintenance Administration training programmes in support of the Royal Navy Weapons Engineering (WE) Department.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver Naval Engineering Maintenance Administration training for Royal Navy Weapons Engineering.
  • Support continuous improvement and achieve quality/performance targets.
  • Enhance training delivery and teaching practices using learning technology.
  • Facilitate transition and transformation in a learning context.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Use data to drive service and performance improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Essential: Experience in Weapons Engineering Maintenance Administration.
  • Level 3 teaching certificate or equivalent (will be enrolled on internal training course if not held).
  • Understanding Royal Navy Weapons Engineering departmental workings or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in managing & compiling Royal Navy Weapons Engineering maintenance documentation.

  • This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
