This is an ideal role for former Royal Navy Communications Specialists, CIS, WE(C) personnel, or anyone with hands-on experience of Naval comms systems who wants to pass on their knowledge and stay close to the front line.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering Naval Communications Systems training across the Weapon Engineering Department
  • Using performance insights to continuously improve course delivery
  • Supporting modernised training approaches across simulated, synthetic and classroom environments
  • Working closely with Training Delivery and L&D teams to support personalised learning
  • Maintaining quality and consistency across all Communications training activity
  • Helping implement new and updated training programmes as Selborne modernisation continues

What we’re looking for:

Essential: Experience in Royal Navy communications systems

Desirable: Previous experience in training delivery; Level 3 teaching certificate or equivalent (will be enrolled on an internal training course if not held).
