Capita is seeking a Training Delivery Instructor to deliver Electrical and Mechanical workshop techniques to Royal Navy students on Phase 2 and 3 courses in Fareham. The role is term-time based (45 weeks/year) with a salary up to £39,300 (full-time equivalent £40,000) and SC level UK security clearance is required.
You will instruct up to 16 students per class, collaborate with Learning & Development and a team of 10 instructors, and contribute to continuous improvement across learning.
