Capita is seeking an instructor to train Royal Navy students in External Communications and Cryptographic Maintenance at HMS Collingwood, Fareham.
You will deliver hands-on instruction to Phase 3 CIS(T) Maintainers within the Weapons Engineering department, ensuring high quality and safe training.
Reporting to the Training Delivery Team Leader, you’ll standardise training systems across locations and promote best practices while supporting learners’ needs and promoting cultural change.
