Responsibilities
- Delivering training to groups of up to 24 trainees in: Electrical or Electronic engineering and machine principles
- Conducting practical lab sessions, demonstrating key principles and supervising trainee experiments
- Marking and check-marking assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintaining and updating training materials with Training Design staff
Qualifications
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- You will have at least a Foundation Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or a related engineering discipline), or an HND/FdSc in Electronic or Electric Engineering or proven teaching/practical experience in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Classroom experience in teaching technical subjects in an adult education environment,
- Level 4 teaching qualification
- Experience of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (or equivalent).

This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata\’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
