Capita Pension Solutions are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their permanent team in Liverpool. This office based role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls from members and their beneficiaries, providing information and resolving queries within agreed service levels.

Job Details

  • Location: Liverpool, United Kingdom
  • Type: Full time, Permanent
  • Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, no evenings or weekends.
  • Salary: £25,155 per annum
  • Start date: 10th August 2026

Responsibilities

  • Take a high volume of inbound calls from a wide range of members and beneficiaries.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries within service levels.
  • Work within a supportive team, receiving training and encouragement from the Team Manager.
  • Utilise virtual training to acquire the skills and knowledge required to handle every call efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous customer service experience in a high volume call centre or face to face setting.
  • Excellent telephone manner, empathy and ability to build rapport with members.
  • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise and use initiative.
  • Great passion for customer service and ability to resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of pensions is advantageous but not essential.
  • Minimum five years continuous UK residency for enhanced security clearance.

Proof of right to work checks will be conducted via digital ID verification if you hold a valid passport; otherwise, an in person verification at a designated Capita office is required.
