Description :What you will be doing:Motivate, inspire, and support educators to achieve a high-quality learning environment by building relationships with key stakeholders such as Training Design, ETO, and Delivery teams. Advocate for inspirational teaching, including the use of digital technologies, to positively impact learners.Collaborate with training delivery teams to support continuous professional development for educators by creating lesson plans tailored to trainees\’ needs, learning pace, active learning, and digital technology application. Share effective practices and facilitate CPD activities to enhance educators\’ capability and confidence.Provide curriculum and training design support to ensure inclusive learning for all students, considering differentiation, specific learning differences, and neurodiverse needs.Lead quality improvement initiatives to implement effective observation, teaching, learning, and assessment processes.Champion best practices with stakeholders to support all learners, especially those with neurodiversity and specific learning differences.What we’re looking for:Essential Skills/Experience/QualificationsBackground in Further or Higher Education, (post 16/Adult) ideally with experience in leadership rolesTeaching qualification at Level 5 or aboveStrong digital literacy and confident use of IT toolsExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectivelyProven ability to influence others and drive meaningful changeA proven track record of effective engagement with stakeholders resulting in development and positive within teaching, learning and assessmentAbout SelborneSelborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training. The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN. The consortia of partners known as Team Fisher includes Raytheon UK, Fujitsu and University of Lincoln together with 14 other UK-based suppliers.Our ‘one team’ philosophy is about collaboration and openness, key to the success of this programme.
