The role involves planning and delivering a programme of high-impact, cost-effective events to support the marketing strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and evaluate compliant and creative events across all channels.
- Maintain a central rolling programme of external events to meet cost, quality and time targets.
- Build relationships with external partners to optimise event opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal colleagues and external agencies to deliver the events programme.
- Attend workshops, exhibitions and promotional events as required.
- Ensure events support business objectives and comply with brand guidelines, internal policies, agreed standards and regulation.
- Manage a framework of event suppliers and maintain processes for events organisation, including contact lists, logistics, promotion, delegate management and reporting.
- Suggest SLAs, KPIs and metrics for events and keep up to date with best practice.
- Advise on where external events can add value and introduce new tools and techniques.
- Support the Head of Marketing (UK & Ireland) with reporting on external events budget and activity.
- Adhere to risk management policy and report incidents or breaches.

- Part-time (22.5 hours per week) in London, UK.
