Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. Using your experience, you’ll support and guide apprentices through their journey, ensuring high standards, coordinating key programme activities, and providing the encouragement they need to succeed. You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, keep learner success at the heart of everything you do, and maintain accurate programme data to support delivery and completion.

Full‑time role, 37.5 hours a week. Worthy Down, Winchester. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing apprenticeship programme inductions, progress reviews, training delivery and support services to apprentices mostly within Logistics (Hospitality/Catering).
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external organisations to facilitate the timely delivery of any qualifications where mandated within the apprenticeship programme.
  • Ensuring all progress reviews, observations, communications, and other information regarding the apprentices are uploaded onto the Management Information System.
  • Conduct apprenticeship/award quality control activities to ensure service outputs.
  • Responsibility for the duty of care of trainees under your control.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within apprenticeships would be an advantage.
  • Any coaching experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good IT Skills – including Word, Excel and Outlook. Adaptable to learning in house database.
  • Ex‑military would be preferable.
  • Any teaching/assessing qualifications would be desirable.
