Job Description
As part of our commitment to building an inclusive and diverse workforce, we would particularly welcome applications from people who are from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds.
- Full-time, fixed term role until the 31st March 2027 (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
- Hybrid working: split between home and our Upavon, Wiltshire office
- Initial training: first 4 weeks based on-site in Upavon, Monday to Thursday
- As part of the induction process, you will be required to attend an in-person, 1.5 day, induction at our offices in Bovington
What you’ll be doing
- Support candidates throughout their British Army recruitment journey with empathy and clarity.
- Keep candidate records up to date with clear and accurate notes in the internal system.
- Take ownership of your performance targets and strive to exceed expectations.
- Suggest improvements to enhance candidate experience and internal processes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide timely support to regional recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
