What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out general administration duties
- Preparation and delivery of Briefing folders for Assessors
- Producing accommodation list for all candidates and notify of early arrivals
- Meeting and greeting candidates, obtaining personal documents and uploading to inhouse database
- Supporting the management of candidates during selection events
- Producing letters to candidates and chasing any outstanding documents
- Obtain and collate feedback from candidates attending events
Essential Qualification/skills/experience:
- Previous administration experience
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel and adaptable to inhouse databases
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads
- Clear and confident communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone
