The opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Operations Director (Interim) to lead day-to-day operations for our new Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS), delivering for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in the Midlands and Wales and the Department for Communities (DfC) in Northern Ireland. You will shape a high performing, inclusive culture, drive operational excellence, and lead transformation that improves efficiency, quality and outcomes across a complex, multisite service.
