Part‑time role, 24 hours a week (hours/days flexible). Location: RM Chivenor, Barnstaple. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide ongoing learning and development advice to Service Personnel throughout their careers.
- Promote and support access to funded external learning opportunities, including e‑learning.
- Find new ways to promote LDO Hub services using a range of media and materials.
- Work with LDO colleagues to deliver L&D interviews, schedule Hub events, and support learners.
- Provide learning resources and maintain accurate education records in JPA.
- Coordinate and approve learning credit schemes for eligible learners.
- Organise, promote, and deliver annual L&D open days and unit‑level briefings.
- Raise awareness of Resettlement support and provide 2nd Line Resettlement guidance in line with policy.

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise resources effectively – be proficient in Microsoft Office (M365) applications
- Strong Administration experience
- Desirable
- Any qualification in education and teaching, or learning and development (or equivalent)
- Experience of qualifications in Coaching & Mentoring
