We are seeking an experienced Software Compliance Analyst who can immediately add value by managing complex software licensing requirements and supporting licence compliance across Capita and its Clients. This is a key role focused on ensuring compliance, reducing financial risk, and identifying meaningful cost-optimisation opportunities.
Essential Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience delivering accurate, effective licence reconciliations
- Strong working knowledge of complex licensing for at least one major Tier-1 vendor (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP) - ideally covering multiple
- Proven experience with end-to-end major vendor audit processes
- Ability to 'hit the ground running' - this role requires someone already experienced in hands-on licensing compliance
- Understanding of modern/emerging technologies and associated licensing implications
- Comfortable working alongside technical teams (Architects, Analysts, Consultants)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to simplify complex licensing topics
- SC Cleared or eligible to gain SC clearance
- IT background with experience in IT Asset Management / Software Asset Management environments
