Join our Command Centre at Hillview House, Belfast, as an IT Workshop Engineer and be at the heart of our device build and repair operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fault-finding, device imaging and working with hardware at pace. You'll take ownership of workshop tasks and customer imaging projects, collaborating with wider operational teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of working in a similar hands-on IT repair role
  • Strong logical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and implement appropriate remedial actions
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
