We are looking for a Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to work onsite at our Hemel Hempstead office. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the movement of IT equipment and associated materials. This includes verifying warranty calls and managing the complete lifecycle of warranty parts, encompassing supply, return, and credit processes. A key aspect of the role involves managing chargeable calls, ensuring that all applicable charges are accurately applied and recovered.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office primarily Excel and familiarity with logistics systems.
- Knowledge of IT hardware and peripherals.

- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
