What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar endpoint management or EUC role, ideally within a large, complex enterprise environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Altiris, Intune, and/or SCCM (Altiris experience is highly desirable)
  • Solid understanding of Windows endpoint environments and device lifecycle management
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • A good working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, proxies, firewalls, and subnets
  • Experience working on organised project activity alongside BAU support
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across technical and service teams

You'll be responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of endpoint management platforms that manage circa 100,000 end-user devices, ensuring stability, security, and compliance across the environment. This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys working across modern and legacy endpoint technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting and maintaining enterprise endpoint management platforms, including Symantec CMS (Altiris), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Owning the Windows device lifecycle, from build and configuration through to patching, upgrades, and retirement
  • Acting as a technical escalation point, following structured fault resolution and incident processes
  • Delivering software deployment, endpoint security controls, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance
  • Supporting project and change delivery, including platform upgrades and service improvements
  • Identifying opportunities to standardise, optimise, and automate endpoint management processes
  • Producing and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
