We have an exciting opportunity for you to become part of our dedicated team as a Back Office Administrator.

This hybrid position is within our dynamic Admin Scrutiny team. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate registration of client questionnaires, ensuring precision in every task.

Our primary goal is to conduct consultations for the Department for Communities (DFC). The insights from these consultations, combined with other data, play a crucial role in processing Employee Support Allowance (ESA), Universal Credit (UC), and various other special benefit claims.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Recording of client information which can be provided from multiple sources.

  • Securely tracking client data across multiple sites .

  • Handling queries via email and telephone from internal and external stake holders.

  • General administrative duties to include but not limited to receiving external post .

  • Filling of client information

  • Previous demonstrable experience in an administrative and organisational role, preferably in an office environment

  • Competent in using Microsoft suites: excel, word, power point, outlook

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to organise and prioritise work in an effective manner

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent Team player

  • Excellent Attention to detail

  • Problem solving skills, analytical, logical thinker

  • Positive attitude to change, personal drive to achieve and exceed targets and support others in achieving targets
