Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week at HMS Collingwood, Portsmouth. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster - As the Team Leader you will support the provision of course training administration activities across the Selborne Contract in the South East area. Leading a team of individuals based across 3 locations in the South East. The role will be based out of HMS Collingwood with travel to other locations as required.
What you'll be doing:
- Line Management responsibilities to the large Facilitation Team for the South East
- Conducting checks and controls of the team output
- Managing day to day team tasking and team issues
- Processing and maintaining sickness, absence, leave requests and return to work interviews
- Representing the Enabling Services Lead on all business and meetings, as and when required
- Record management including scanning, filing, updates of record matrices, archiving and access to data records
What we're looking for:
- Must have recent team leader experience
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to in house databases
- Experience within the defence industry would be an advantage
- Remote leadership experience would also be an advantage
