Join Selborne as a Senior PMO Planner and help shape clear, reliable plans that support delivery across complex programmes. You'll own the detail in Microsoft Project, bring structure to changing priorities, and give stakeholders the confidence to make informed decisions. This is a home-based role, with occasional travel to our Glasgow office (around 1-2 times per month). This is a fixed term opportunity, currently running until 31st March 2026 with the potential to extend.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and maintain Microsoft Project plans using predecessors and successors.
  • Manage multiple project and programme plans, keeping dates, milestones, and dependencies accurate.
  • Review project documentation and meeting notes, then update plans to reflect agreed actions and changes.
  • Identify schedule risks, issues, and planning assumptions, escalating through the right forums.
  • Provide clear planning insight to support governance, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with project teams and PMO colleagues.

What we're looking for:

  • Manage multiple project and/or programme schedules, updating them from live information.
  • Interpret project documents and meeting minutes, turning decisions into plan changes quickly.
  • Spot and raise schedule risks, issues, and dependencies with the right people at the right time.
  • Work with minimal supervision, prioritising tasks and maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Security clearance: you'll need to either already hold, or be able to obtain, Security Clearance (SC).
