As the Platform Director for Salesforce, you will lead the product strategy, technology roadmap, and technology delivery for Capita's Salesforce Platforms. We are looking for someone who will engage with Capita's businesses and functions to develop a product roadmap for the Salesforce platform, and deliver products that meet business objectives. You will analyse competition, gather user insights, understand market trends & direction, and will ensure continuous improvement throughout the products lifecycle. You will develop and deliver Agentic AI capabilities on the Salesforce Platform (e.g. Agentforce and related products), and deliver technology capabilities that meet customer needs.
What we are looking for:
- Proven senior leadership of Salesforce delivery.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce software modules.
- Experience implementing or managing AI-driven features within the Salesforce platform and related platforms.
- Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including LLM, API Integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Experience in software development practices, such as Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing and leading a team.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, executives, and product teams.
What you will be doing:
- Designing strategy and roadmap for the Salesforce products.
- Driving innovation by identifying opportunities to use AI agents to deliver efficiency and automation, and unlock AI-lead market opportunities.
- Identifying software components, modules, capabilities across the Salesforce product portfolio, and recommend selection of appropriate products to meet customer needs while ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Delivering strategy and technical capability for the integration of Salesforce technologies into Capita and Customer systems.
- Leading collaboration between operations, service delivery, and business units to roll out intelligent features with clear business impact and compliance oversight.
