The role is one of the most exciting around, offering a hands‑on opportunity to contribute consistently and have your voice and thoughts heard. You'll have the chance to learn from experienced marketing professionals in a dynamic and diverse environment. Reporting to the Campaign Manager, you'll work closely with experienced marketing professionals, agencies and internal stakeholders, bringing ideas to life from brief to launch, and using insight to continuously improve what we do. This role is home based, with occasional travel to UK office locations and potential travel to support production/film shoots.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the development and delivery of tactical, agile marketing campaigns, helping to drive awareness, interest and application volumes while protecting brand integrity and tone of voice.
- Contribute to the in‑year campaign plan and coordinate activity across digital and traditional channels, aligning owned and earned media in the mix.
- Write clear briefs for agency partners and work with creative/production teams to develop campaign assets and support campaign launches.
- Support internal communications to raise awareness of campaigns across Capita and within Recruiting Group.
- Track activity, contribute to campaign reporting and share insights, helping us learn what’s working and optimise future tactics.
- Raise purchase orders, monitor spend and work with Finance to support budget management and accurate reporting.
