You’ll support candidates through their assessment journey to join the British Army, in a fair and welcoming environment. You’ll carry out physical and psychometric tests, apply scoring guidelines, and help evaluate each candidate’s potential. This is a full-time, on-site role. It includes overnight chaperone and ’on call’ duties once per week, plus one working weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).
What you’ll be doing:
- Running assessments with candidates, ensuring there is a fair testing environment
- Scoring candidates using set criteria and providing clear feedback
- Discussing career options with candidates and guiding them through next steps
- Writing reports to help Recruiters and Trainers understand each candidate’s abilities
Essential qualifications/skills/experience:
- Clear communication and people skills
- Supportive and approachable attitude
- Team player with good organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Full UK Drivers Licence
Desirable qualifications/skills/experience:
- Some knowledge of Army careers
