Your role as an administrator will be to support the Apprenticeship Team at HMS Sultan. Earn while you learn. Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week. Location: HMS Sultan. Permanent opportunity. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level).
You'll complete your Level 3 Business Administration qualification over 13 months and will be equipped with real on-the-job learning and experience, finding out how our business works to grow your professional knowledge, all while earning a great salary and working towards a recognised professional qualification. After a full induction and initial training programme, you will join our team full-time, with time set aside so you can continue working towards your professional qualification. Once you have completed this, you will put all of your knowledge to fantastic use and decide what's next for your career!
ResponsibilitiesAs an apprentice, you'll learn on the job while being fully supported by an experienced team and mentors. Your role will include:
- Supporting the smooth running of apprentice administration, managing records and learner data, processing new starters and leavers, and maintaining accurate systems and SharePoint updates.
- Assisting with accreditations, supporting exam delivery as an invigilator, and working closely with internal teams, facilitators and external partners.
- Continuously improving how you work, adapting to change, and taking ownership of your learning, all while maintaining high standards of compliance, including health, safety and environmental procedures.
