Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. You will be involved in the provision, delivery, administration and coordination of all Learning and Development and resettlement services and activities to UK Service Personnel. This is a part time role working 30 hours per week. The hours of work can be completed across 4 or 5 days per week. Plymouth. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing Learning and Development advice, guidance, information and support to Service Personnel.
- Coordinating and booking all appointments, enrolments, course bookings and classroom bookings for the Hub.
- Promoting and facilitating opportunities for accessing and funding learning opportunities.
- Arranging and conducting Learning and Development interviews.
- Proactively raising awareness of Resettlement amongst Service Leavers, to ensure they are aware of the support they have access to.
What we're looking for:
- Must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a team and being an excellent team member with great communication skills.
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Previous administration experience.
- Must have a drivers license and vehicle to travel between local sites.
- Must be flexible to cover local offices, as and when required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
