Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver "better trained sailors to the front line faster". Your role will be to manage multiple teams delivering high quality training with a commitment to providing an outstanding learner experience, delighting the customer and ensuring delivery meets quality and outcome targets and KPIs.
Full-time role - 37.5 hours a week HMS Collingwood. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide people leadership for the delivery of Royal Navy Training, accountable to the Regional Training Manager for KPIs and training outcomes.
- Identify and embed good and best practice to ensure systematic, safe, high quality and harmonised training delivery.
- Act as a key tactical leader, balancing training output with trainee experience, quality and outcome targets.
- Lead and line manage Delivery Team Leads, overseeing training delivery and operational coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and across the Royal Navy training area.
- Use performance data and insight (including InVal, ExVal and third party sources) to drive continuous improvement across RN training.

- Results-oriented with the ability to drive quality and delivery improvements across learning programmes.
- Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of training.
