Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster
Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver "better trained sailors to the front line faster".
As part of this modernisation students will now be given a personal electronic device at the start of their course to help carry out/aid their training. This role will be responsible for helping to facilitate the distribution and administration of the devices.
This role is Fixed Term until March 2027. Full-time role 37.5 days a week

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What you'll be doing
- Distributing Personal Electronic Devices and their accessories to students on specified courses.
- Maintaining student allocation logs for those devices issued.
- Ensuring student profiles are set up on mobile device management system (JAMF).
- Setting up and maintaining course profiles on mobile device system.
- Processing and maintaining new App requests.
- Ensuring the electronic and physical cleaning of devices on their return from the student.
- Responsible for password resets and raising issues to second line support.
- Ensuring any 'failed' devices are packaged and returned effectively to supplier for repair.

- Excellent organisational skills.
